Elevating Your Game
This is a 12-week one-on-one personalized coaching program for our rising and next-gen leaders.  We take an innovative approach of "Reset ∙ Launch ∙ Elevate" to help propel you toward reaching you college and career goals. You will have ten weekly 60-minute sessions (in English or Mandarin) with a Leadership Coach and two mentoring sessions with expert mentors to help you chart your course and navigate your leadership journey!
Leadership Coaches & SME Mentors
Our Leadership Coaching Team and Subject Matter Expert (SME) Mentors come from a diverse background of top academic institutions and competitive professional fields. Our coaches have lived and worked in global cities around the world, bringing in unique cross-cultural views and cross-sector insight. We are here to help you develop a personalized roadmap and enhance leadership skills for college/career and beyond!

Program Dates: Year-Round on a Rolling Basis
Program Fees: US$3,000 ($2,000 early registration discount thru 4/15)
Designed For: College Students & High School Leaders (16-24 y/o young adults)
